Ingredients for 2 persons:
- 3 leafs of white gelatine
- 100 ml low fat milk
- 3 tbsp. honey
- 3 tbsp. freshly ground poppy seeds
- 200 g low fat curd chesse
- 100 ml dry sherry
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 fresh figs
- Sprig of mint as decoration
Preparation: Soften the gelatine in water. Boil the milk, honey and poppy, then allow to cool a little. Mix in the gelatine. Allow to cool a little longer, then mix in the curd chesse. Place in 2 bowls. Allow to set in the refrigerator overnight. Mix the sherry and maple syrup in a small pan and gently heat through. Cut the figs into slices and allow to soak in the sherry/syrup mixture for a short time. Turn out mousse, decorate with the fig slices and mint leaves.
